Treehouse design challenge
Have a go at designing a treehouse and send in the results to The Treehouse Guide. We would like to see all sorts of treehouses, from the simplest weekend project to luxury mansions in the trees. Each design submitted should come with an explanation of who you expect would use it and why you chose the shape, materials and features. Make sure your design is bold and has all the accessories that your target owner will need. Designs and winning entries will be discussd in The Treehouse Guide's forum.
How to take part
- Copy the high resolution version of the image below to your hard disc - right click on "high resolution version" and choose "Save as..." or "Save Image as..."
- Load the image into your photo editing software
- Add your design to the photo - make it as simple or complex as you like
- Save the image as a jpeg file
- E-mail the image and your description to

The Treehouse Guide provides the basic image above solely for the purposes of this design challenge and retains the copyright for this image and any modifications or derivations, including those made by third parties as part of this challenge. The image or modifications may not be used in any form on any other website, print or other medium. By submitting text along with your photo, you give permission to The Treehouse Guide to display the text along with your design and to edit the text as required. A deadline will be announced when a sufficient number of designs have been sent in. After the deadline the winner of the challenge will be announced. There are no prizes for winning or participating in this challenge.
